Located in Rome in a characteristic street in front of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and next to the Scala Santa, less than 1 km from the Vittorio Emanuele Metro and a 7-minute walk from the San Giovanni Metro, Il Boiardo Art House offers two rooms with private bathroom inside a spacious 130 m2 house close to the city's major attractions such as the Colosseum which is only 1.3 km away. The spacious apartment with independent entrance has a Deluxe double room with private bathroom located outside the room near the kitchen, a Large Double room which also includes another portion of the house with an additional room with a sofa bed and private bathroom inside , accommodating up to 4 people, both rooms have a flat-screen TV, free wifi and mini fridge. In common they will then share the large living room with a table for eating and a kitchen complete with oven, microwave, coffee machine, citrus juicer and blender and a large refrigerator. Linen and towels together with the courtesy set will be provided by the Structure.
